Mark Huskey is a flutist currently living in Virginia Beach, VA. He has appeared with the San Diego Symphony, Fort Worth Symphony, California Chamber Orchestra, Buffalo Philharmonic, New World Symphony, Florida Grand Opera, and he was selected as an Associate Member for the Civic Orchestra of Chicago's 2015-16 season. Mark's primary teachers include Joshua Smith, Jeffrey Khaner, Judy Grant, Doriot Anthony Dwyer, and Robert Gifford. In addition to his formal studies with the teachers listed above, he has performed in masterclasses with Elizabeth Rowe, Mathieu Dufour, Robert Langevin, Philip Dikeman, Denis Bluteau, Mary Kay Fink, Linda Chesis, Bonita Boyd, Denis Bouriakov, Jim Walker, Geralyn Coticone, Linda Toote, Gary Schocker, and the Berlin Philharmonic Wind Quintet. Mark has been fortunate enough to have played under many great conductors including Alan Gilbert, Fabio Luisi, Giancarlo Guerrero, Asher Fisch, Daniel Hege, Leonard Slatkin, Kent Nagano, JoAnn Falletta, Jean François Rivest, Michael Tilson Thomas, Guillermo Figueroa, Carl Topilow, Herbert Blomstedt, Pinchas Steinberg, James Feddeck, and Sasha Mäkilä.
Gloria (Hye Won) Roh is a flutist and educator based in the Hampton Roads area. She holds degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music (BM), Teachers College, Columbia University (MA), and is also a graduate of the Interlochen Arts Academy. Gloria is a passionate and dedicated music teacher and well-rounded educator who has taught and assisted in diverse settings, including The Montessori Schools at Flatiron, Teachers College, Columbia University, New York Philharmonic's Very Young People's Concerts and Children's Museum of Manhattan. In addition to teaching music to young students, she has collaborated with educators and musicians to create musical and artistic curriculum at many different institutions. Gloria continues to seek opportunities to contribute in establishing creative musical curricula for students at all ages. Most recently, she embarked on a new journey to become a registered Suzuki teacher. Gloria's primary teachers and mentors include, Dr. Lori Custodero, Mary Kay Fink, Nancy Stagnitta and Don Gottlieb.
